Girlface Doll Stitchout
Judy, another of our wonderful and dedicated test sewers, created a wonderful project with one of the Girlfaces from the Machine XS sets. Regarding her stitching, she said I turned it into a doll. My nephew and his wife are expecting their first in a few weeks, and what a great way to use a test stitch out. What I did was use a McCalls pattern, and put the stitched out doll face on the front of the body/head before I sewed it all together. It's all made of double-knit, and stuffed with polyester so it will go into the washer and dryer easily. Thanks again for letting me test sew for you. I thoroughly enjoy it.
An absolutely remarkable idea and use of a face from one of the sets by another talented and creative tester/customer! Hey, we're not just about embroidery and cross stitch - check out that sewing! Click on the thumbnail to view a larger picture.
